Freedom of Speech established by the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution includes the right to criticize the U.S. Government including candidates and voting processes.  How broad should this right be? How can election interference be guarded against? Should the First Amendment be limited? Expanded?  Please explain.

 

$              Submit your 500-word essay to your school representative

$$           First place = $3,500 Scholarship

$$$         Three runners up = $2,000 Scholarship each

$$$$       The school of each scholarship recipient is also awarded a

$100 cash gift
